Guide to a fruitful cooperation

1. The human being as the center

The individual person, as a lovable being gifted with sanity, is – with all its complexities, needs and contradictions as a self and a counterpart – the main reference point for all considerations and efforts.

2. The basis of the encounter

Each type of congregation of individuals is based on the constant and credible effort to lovingly and benevolently encounter the counterpart with empathy, respect and esteem. Individual characteristics, convictions, insights and experiences are to be respected and do not affect others.

3. The process of encountering

Openness and transparency are the defining foundations for a trusting and prosperous coexistence, whereby the dignity and the right to privacy and confidentiality are not affected.

All methods of meditation are based on honesty on the part of the teachers and voluntariness on the part of the participants.

The participants are fully and solely responsible for their own decisions and actions and their consequences in the sense of a mature self-determination.

4. The characteristics of the teachers

On the basis of a comprehensive theoretical knowledge and extensive practical experience, and against the background of a critical self-assessment, only methods are taught, practices are carried out and knowledge given, which is attributable to the relevant aptitude and ability of the teacher. The actual prerequisites of the participants determine the extent and the limits of this mediation.

5. The characteristics of the learner

Exploring new spaces, investigating unknown realms of consciousness and experiencing intense emotions requires curiosity, mutual trust and integrity, conscientiousness, perseverance and patience. A conducive development in a meditative sense involves opening oneself to the new without prejudice, not surpressing the painful, cultivating the individually beneficial, distinguishing between harmful and helpful and actively sharing these insights and experiences.

6. Handling difficulties

Occurring conflicts, impairments or threats of any quality should be avoided by the intensified mindfulness and care of all involved participants. If this is not aplicable as least they should be intercepted as early as possible or, if already occurring, worked up constructively and amicably.
